So I totally caved. Sprint announced a few days ago that they were trying really hard on getting the HTC Evo back in stock online in the beginning of the week so I had planned on checking this morning before I left for the bus to Maryland but with everything going so crazy and having to pack and get ready and hardly sleeping it totally slipped my mind. While we were on a 10 minute break on the bus I remembered and I used their free wifi to check the site and…. WOOT! It was totally in stock. So I ordered one :] and also a screen protector and a silicone for it (though I want the pink one!) and I’m so excited for it. It’s totally huge and I’m not very familiar with Android phones but playing with Z’s a couple times, it really is pretty awesome.  I’ve been reading through some reviews and looking at accessories. I’m going to sorta miss my Palm Pixi but it’s not really doing its job for me anymore. I’m having issues with the button for ring/vibrate so it’s almost always on vibrate and the battery dies pretty quick at home. I’ve read the Evo has battery issues but my two friends who have it haven’t really complained much. My only issue? The size. I’m so used to having a small phone I can just slip in my pocket but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. I’m pretty glad I didn’t order the Blackberry Bold last night like I was tempted to.  Yay for phones! :] 1 year ago
