I’m starting to feel like coke or coffee just isn’t enough to keep me awake. I think it just might be the weird hours I’ve been keeping with work and hospital visits. I really should be sleeping. In 12 hours I’ll be back to work again and I need to stop feeling so exhausted for no reason. Maybe hitting the gym will help, I need way more stamina, man. 
I also need to cut back with the soda. I got back into drinking soda while I was traveling to Johns Hopkins and back to NYC all the time. A little coke just became my comfort drink. Better than drinking, no? Not really… still made me gain all the weight I had lost pretty quickly. 
All these closing nights also means I end up eating pretty late (like right now) and having a soda on the side… *sigh* talk about not being healthy. 
How do I get back on track? Any suggestions?  1 year ago
